Come spend your early release day at the Jedi Academy! It's going to be on the Falmouth Public Library Main Branch's lawn (inside the Library's Hermann Room in case of rain)! 

5th grade - 10th grade are welcome. Registration is required! So sign up quick!

Choose your path, young Padawan! This high-energy, Star Wars-inspired program, no hyperspace travel required. Participants will wield lightsabers and test their skills through imaginative and action-packed games from a galaxy far, far away.

Some of the events will be...

Lightsaber Dueling – Learn safe and flashy saber techniques and test your skill in friendly duels. 

Force Dueling – A hilarious and theatrical challenge where participants “Force Push” each other using controlled movements. 

Jedi Dodgeball – A fast-paced twist on dodgeball using foam light sabers and Jedi reflexes. Capture the Flag (Rebel vs. Empire) – A team-based game of strategy, speed, and honor. 

Hutt Ball – Our real-world adaptation of the wild sport from the Star Wars universe, designed for safety and big fun. All games are adapted for safety, accessibility, and active play, using soft equipment and light roleplay elements. No prior Star Wars knowledge needed - just the heart of a hero.
